The BOM for the product to be manufactured is created and an equivalent parts list is prepared. Stock and delivery times for critical parts are secured in advance.
Gerber, BOM, Pick&Place and assembly drawings are delivered to the manufacturer in the appropriate format. The production panel, solder paste stencil and quality criteria are clarified.
Quantity, lead time, price and warranty terms are put in writing with the manufacturer. Confidentiality and design rights clauses are specifically added.
Visual inspection, measurement and functional tests are applied to incoming products. Return/reproduction procedure is executed for defective products.
Customs documents (invoice, packing list, origin, HS code) are prepared correctly and the declaration process is managed. Taxes, shipping and insurance costs are calculated and added to the total cost.
Delivery times are planned by selecting the shipping method (air/sea/land). Storage, serial number tracking and final user shipment order are established.
